“白盒子艺术与设计100”展览每年举办一次，精选出100件本年度艺术与设计交叉和跨界领域中的最新创作成果。作品涵盖雕塑、版画、当代摄影、建筑、家具、首饰、茶器以及小绘画作品，均为限量艺术品和原创设计品。从材料到工艺，从态度到观念，“白盒子艺术与设计100”的作品力求在对传统及全球文化吸收与批判的基础上，从器物洞悉精神，在实用中体验情感。每件物品都是具有当代文化特质的、历久弥新的生活艺术品。北京设计周期间期间，该展览将会将当代艺术、设计带入到日常生活语境中，引导当代生活的美学新观念。

White Box Art and Design 100

"White Box Art and Design 100" is held annually. The exhibition will choose 100 pieces which are the latest creative achievements from art and design crossover or cross-border field in this year, in order to guide the aesthetic concepts of contemporary life. The types of the artworks cover contemporary sculpture, printmaking, photography, architecture, furniture, jewelry, tea and small paintings. Moreover, they are all limited artworks and original designs. Work from material to process, from the attitude to the idea, in the traditional and global culture, on the basis of absorbing and criticizing, makes every effort to see spiritual existence from the artifacts and experience emotions in the practical. Each item is a new art of living which has the qualities of contemporary culture and never fading charms."White Box Art and Design 100" selects appearance during the Beijing design week and concentrates on spreading art more widely and farther by different carriers, different style and different audience. To bring contemporary art and design into daily life indeed and make our lives, our cities become more beautiful, more interesting and more prolific, and then make Beijing, the international metropolis more charming.
